The 2nd Convocation of Institute of Business and Technology (BIZTEK) was held on 30th May 2008, at Marriott hotel Karachi. It was presided over by the Honorable Governor of Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan, Guest of Honor, Speaker of Sind Assembly Mr. Nisar Khoro, Deputy Speakers Sind Assembly Mrs. Shahla Raza, Chancellor of BIZTEK Mr. Noman Abid Lakhani and Vice Chairman/Rector BIZTEK Col.
