Biztek organized an International Seminar on “The Changing Times and Indo-Pak Relations” on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at the Avari Towers, Karachi.

The key note speaker of the Seminar was a celebrated Indian journalist Kuldip Nayar. He is a syndicated columnist catering to 80 Newspapers in 14 languages in India and abroad. Along with him we had two more guests from India, who also spoke at the session, namely: Sanjay Nahar - President of an NGO in India by the name of Sarhad and Shahid Siddiqui - Member of the Parliament of India.

We had four speakers joining the session from Pakistan, namely: Mr. Ghazi Salahuddin-Senior Pakistani Journalist, Dr. Mutahir Ahmed-Professor, Professor of Intl. Relations, Karachi University, Mr. Karamat Ali- Executive Director, Paksitan Institute of Labor Education & Research (PILER) and Prof. Sikander Mehdi-Director planning & International Linkages, Institute of Business and Technology.

We received an overwhelming response and the hall was full of delegates, corporates, social activists, educationists, students and media personnel. The seminar was a great contribution to the national and international discourse on Indo-Pak relations.
